Bonsai Exhibit September 11-12, 2010
The Embassy of Japan hosted its first cultural event of the Fall 2010 season in conjunction with the Ottawa Bonsai Society on the
weekend of September 11-12.
The newly appointed Ambassador-Designate of Japan to Canada, Kaoru Ishikawa, was in attendance and made opening remarks at the event.
Approximately 600 people attended the two-day exhibit to admire the beautiful miniature trees and their artful displays. |
