New Video: Friends Working Together

Japan and Canada have enjoyed many years of friendly relations since both countries share many fundamental values, including respect for the rule of law, democracy and the promotion of open market economies. Throughout the pandemic, Japan and Canada have strengthened that relationship.

The Embassy of Japan in Canada has released a new video entitled Friends Working Together to display and explore the friendship between the two countries and how they came to work together during the COVID-19 pandemic. A high school student in Osaka and another in Ottawa narrate the video and clips from Ambassador Kawamura provides context on what is being accomplished between Japan and Canada.
