Appointment Required for Consular Service
Consular service is available by appointment only for submitting an application. Please contact us by telephone (TEL: 613-241-8541) to make an appointment.

 

Single Entry, 3 months to 3 years validation (For working with a certificate of Eligibility sent by your sponsor or employer in Japan)


Requirements:

  1. Valid passport
  2. Application Form
  3. One photo taken within the last 6 months (45 mm x 35 mm or 2 in × 1.4 in)
  4. Certificate of Eligibility (issued by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan and has to be applied your employer in Japan.)
  5. Proof of status in Canada, if you are not Canadian citizen (Permanent residence card, Work permit, Study permit).
