Doors Open Ottawa

On June 7, the Embassy of Japan participated in Doors Open Ottawa for the first time. Visitors had the chance to view the Japanese garden and explore the Embassy’s Information and Culture Centre. In the auditorium, the exhibition “Japan through the Seasons” featured Japanese dolls, toys and seasonal decorations highlighting Japanese festivals and customs.

Over the course of the beautiful spring day, more than 2,500 residents and visitors to national capital region visited the Embassy for this event.
