State Minister Fujii’s cheering the final match of Women’s World Cup Canada 2015

 

On July 5th, State Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Mr. Motoyuki Fujii came to cheer on Japan during the championship match of the Women’s World Cup Canada 2015 against the USA in Vancouver. Ambassador Monji and Consul General Okada of Vancouver also joined to support Nadeshiko Japan. After the match, they met Japanese Nadeshiko players, congratulating them on their great performance and second place finish. During their visit, they also visited the Vancouver Japanese Language School, learning about the more than 100 year of history of the school and Japantown.
